Open Banking Expo USA – Exhibitor & Sponsor Portal

This Exhibitor & Sponsor Portal provides key information relating to your participation at Open Banking Expo USA 2025 at the Hilton Midtown, Manhattan, New York and will answer the many questions you may have.

The parking garage is conveniently accessed at the rear entrance of the venue, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*This code may only be used by Expo partners and should not be shared. Any bookings using this code by companies that are not partners of the Expo will be cancelled and refunded.

VIP passes

If your partnership package includes an allocation of VIP passes, they should be registered by June 3 to guarantee availability. Please use this link.

Deliveries

Deliveries should not be delivered to the venue before June 23. Items attempted to be delivered before this date will be turned away by the venue.

Lead capture

Even if you do not have an exhibition stand onsite, you have the opportunity for a virtual booth in the event app, which means that all your staff attending the event can capture leads. It is super simple! To scan a lead:

  • Open the event app, sign in using the email address you are registered for the show with
  • Tap on the camera icon at the bottom of the page. This opens the event app camera.
  • Scan the attendee badge
  • You will get a ‘success message’ (see below)
  • You can then a) score a lead, b) tag a lead and c) add a note to a lead

All your team contacts, notes, scores and tags will be added into your exhibitor centre, from which you can export your leads after the show.

NB – It is important that all your staff are added to your virtual booth to export their leads. We will do our best to add anyone missing from your organisation to your virtual stand, but you can do it yourself in the exhibitor centre.

All tabletop displays must be complete by 09:00 on Thursday June 26. If you pre-order a monitor for your tabletop display, please email the presentation for it to Lillie.Cook@openbankingexpo.com by June 24 and we will load the content onto it in time for your arrival at 07:30.

Teardown

18:15 – 19:30
