Thank you for joining the speaking roster for Open Banking Expo USA, which takes place at the Hilton Midtown in New York on June 26 2025. This web page should cover the information you require, but if we have missed anything, please get in touch.

Speaker checklist

Please could you click here by Tuesday June 19 to tell us:

1. Your cellphone number, should we need to contact you on the day
2. If you have any specific AV requirements we need to know about and alert the venue in advance – for example if you prefer a lapel microphone or you plan to include a video
3. If you have any food allergies or intolerances that we should make the venue aware of.

On the day

You are kindly requested to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of your session in which you are presenting in order to be seated and any technical requirements/questions accommodated. However, we would love you to attend all day if you have time!

If you would like to run through your visuals on the day, we will try to accommodate you, however it is essential that this is communicated before the event.

Lunch and refreshments will be served throughout the day.

Presentations

If you are submitting a PowerPoint presentation for your session, please send us your first draft by Tuesday June 12. This enables us to offer insight commentary and feedback – we are keen to work with you to ensure your presentation is the best in the room. You should submit your final version by Tuesday June 19. If you are unsure whether you are supplying a PowerPoint presentation, please get in touch.

For your presentation, please ensure you select the 16:9 (widescreen) option. Please ensure that the background colour of your slides is light in colour to ensure all text is visible. If your presentation includes any video, this should be provided in a separate file, with an indication of where it fits within the presentation.

We will distribute a list of press attending ahead of the event. All panel debates will be on the record. If you require your session to be under Chatham House rules and closed to the press, please get in touch in advance.
