On the day
Please arrive at least one hour before the start of your session to allow time for registration, seating and any technical checks. We’d also love for you to join us for the full day if your schedule allows.
Upon arrival, please visit the registration desk to pick up your badge and you will be directed to the speaker green room, where you can catch up on work and enjoy light refreshments.
If you would like to run through your visuals on the day, we will try to accommodate you, however it is essential that this is communicated before the event.
Lunch and refreshments will be served throughout the day.
Presentations
If you are submitting a PowerPoint presentation for your session, please send us your first draft by Tuesday 29 September. This allows time for us to review it and, should you wish, provide commentary, insights and feedback. We are keen to work with you to ensure your presentation is the best in the room.
You should submit your final version by Tuesday 6 October. If you are unsure whether you are supplying a PowerPoint presentation, please get in touch.
For your presentation, please ensure you select the 16:9 (widescreen) option. Please ensure that the background colour of your slides is light in colour to ensure all text is visible. If your presentation includes any video, this should be provided in a separate file, with an indication of where it fits within the presentation.
Guest Tickets
Speakers (who do not represent a sponsor or exhibitor) are entitled to one complimentary ticket for a colleague.
Your guest can book via this link. Please ensure your guest is registered by Tuesday 29 September to guarantee availability.
For any additional tickets, they can be purchased here with a 20% discount using the code SPEAKER20.
Complimentary tickets are provided as a thank you for speaking and are intended for your colleagues. Open Banking Expo reserves the right to review and cancel any complimentary ticket registration at its discretion.
If you are a speaker representing one of our sponsors or exhibitors, please refer to your partnership agreement regarding the number of complimentary passes your company has been allocated.
Headshot & bio guidelines
Headshots
- Please provide a high-resolution, professional headshot.
- The image should be from the shoulders up, with a clear view of your face.
- Avoid filters, busy backgrounds, or casual selfies – neutral or plain backgrounds work best.
- JPEG or PNG format preferred.
Bios
- Please submit a short bio of approximately 100 words.
- Focus on your career background, current role, and any key achievements or relevant expertise.
- This will be used on our website and event platforms.
Promoting your session
Banner for social
We encourage all speakers to promote their session on social media using our Gleanin marketing tool. Each speaker can request a personalised URL which automatically generates a branded social post featuring your headshot, session details and fellow panellists where applicable.
To request your personalised banner, please get in touch.
Quote cards
As part of our marketing campaign, we may feature selected speakers in promotional quote cards such as the example below.
If you would like to be part of this campaign, please answer one of the following questions and we’ll create a quote card for you to approve:
- What will you be sharing with delegates during your session?
- Why should the industry attend Open Banking Expo 2026?
Please ensure that your quote does not exceed 60 words.
Press
We will share a list of attending media representatives ahead of the event. Please note that all panel debates are considered on the record. If you would like your session to operate under Chatham House Rule and be closed to the press, please contact us as early as possible.
